The staff are friendly and competent, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms, although in need of refurbishment, are clean and spacious, with a fantastic view of the Adriatic. The breakfast, complete with wine, offers plenty of choice and is of a good standard.
Everything was okay.

The fact that our room overlooked the sea. We appreciated location and staff here. Do recommend while travelling to Lovran...

-The wide panorama (seaview&mountains combined) from the balcony, almost each room has a balcony! -The style (built in 1913) of the building, the cosy colours of the interior and the light yellow and white of the facade. -The stylish furniture in the room and in the restaurant. -The clean beach and the large 'sunbathing' terrace of the hotel! -The variety and freshness of the buffet breakfast -the location of the hotel, literally on the sea!
Although the hotel has plenty of free parking places, it seems that in the high season, they would need even more

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is absolutely stunning, right on the sea, providing breathtaking views of the Kvarner bay. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are comfortable, with the requested view and even have a terrace overlooking the sea-side. Plus, the breakfast served with wine is a delightful start to the day.
All was satisfactory, no need for improvement.

Friendly and helpful service! However it was very difficult to contact the hotel manager before my arrival as I wanted to clear a couple of problems. Afterwards it was too late to do anything about the problems.

air condition was missing but the rooms are big enough to keep some cold air inside :)

The hotel is located right on the sea front, providing a beautiful view of the ocean from some of the rooms. Guests can enjoy a lovely breakfast on the terrace facing the water. the dining hall is elegant and offers a majestic ambiance. the hotel is conveniently situated in the city centre, close to shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area.
The hotel is in need of some renovations, as mentioned by some guests.

Location is fantastic - great view to the see! Nice Vilage. Even though the Hotel is quite old - it is well kept. The room was simple furnished - but everything that was needed was there.
The coffee at breakfast is terrible! But the tea was good.

It was not bad in any way and had a very nice location. Reception staff particularly good and all staff were friendly, helpful people who seemed please we'd taken a 1,250 mile motorbike tour to get there via Italy and Slovenia. Breakast choices were partiularly better that we had been expecting. Well done Hotel Bristol
I think to be fair the Hotel Bristol shows it was once a very grand, claasy and a desirable location to stay or holiday. I will be polite and say simply it is still a desirable location. A refurb must be due.

Incredible View and Great Location
Spent Easter weekend in a hotel that had an overwhelming view of the sea. The location was perfect as it was right on the beach and close to the town center. The staff was welcoming and courteous. I enjoyed a wide variety of breakfast options with some delicious dishes.
The hotel seems to be old and not maintained well. Rubber seals of the shower doors were missing, the balcony was dirty and smelled bad as birds had left their droppings all over.

Good breakfast in terrace or dining room with sea view
Poor room facilities. No mini bar or fridge, we can’t close the old shields, dirty carpet

The view from our room was breathtaking, we could see the sea and the mountains which was amazing. the breakfast and dinner buffet was delightful with a lot of local cuisine to choose from, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the private parking was a great advantage and we felt that our car was safe.
The hotel rooms could use some renovation, they looked a bit old-fashioned and the air conditioning was not working properly. the location was a bit difficult to reach, we had to walk a bit to get to the city center and the nearest bus stop.

Very nice location, close to the sea, rich and tasteful breakfast.
Noise in hotel early in the morning, because many guests woke up early. Old furniture and carpet in the room.

We enjoyed our week at Hotel Bristol. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The buffet breakfasts and dinners were varied and tasty. We had a beautiful view of The Adriatic from our balcony, which made our visit special. The charming, old hotel is in good repair, and the beds are very comfortable. Parking was no problem, and there is also an option for paid underground secure parking. Lovran, where the hotel is located, is a smaller and much quieter area, and we were glad we chose the location instead of a larger city. The hotel is located right in the center of town, so we could easily walk to shop or go to cafes and retaurants. We would definitely return to this hotel!
